I was referred to Joshua Roofener from a plumber and I'm so glad I was, as now I have a new contractor at the top of my list! Before I refer a client to a contractor, I always ask this question: Do you want an exceptional job done in a timely manner and not too expensive? At last I found a contractor!!! He is extremely conscientious of the homeowners' time and budget, and did a great job and clean up. He stuck to his price even though the job turned out to be opening "Pandora's box." We hope to do a major renovation later this year on our 98 year old house, and hope Joshua will do it. He shared great ideas that work with my home, understands we're on a tight budget, and he has a great understanding of working with the SF Planning Department.
